I just checked in today. I was concerned aftef reading some of the reviews. The hotel was built in the 1960s, according to the owner. The pool is out of order, but I'm here on business. The outside of the place needs some updating, but the room was as nice as any of your typical national chains. Mine has a nice, comfortable queen bed, and small table with 2 chairs, a desk, microwave, and refridgerator. The tv has cable and the internet was very easy to hook up too. The owner was very friendly and helpful. For the price, it can't be beat. I'll be happy to stay again.

This place is in dire need of renovation. As an example, the light switch for the bathroom is inside the shower (probably not up to code). The room was threadbare and dirty. "Breakfast" consisted of a bowl of cornflakes.

This new hotel of americas best value inn, was an excellent stay for me and my friend. We checked in about 11 pm and staff member was very nice, because we asked for some extra towels and he said he would bring it to us, which was very good knowing it was late. We in the morning stopped in the lobby for coffee and some danish, was good and thanking the manager for bringing the towels that late. He mentioned to me and my friend, the hotel was completely redone and really looked good. Price and service was very good to us, so take a look at it, would not be dissappointed.

I feel we had a good time when we stayed at the new americas best value inn. The newly renovated hotel, was very comfortable for us, because they basicly have redone the whole place. The manager was very friendly to us and informational about the city. I wood recommend and come back to stay with them, next year on our way to arizona.

We stayed here becouse everything else in town that was in our price range was full. The rooms were dark.The bathroom floor was dirty, There was extensive water damage to the ceiling at the back of our room. There were holes where pieces of the drywall was coming down. There weren't any cups in the room, so you couldn't get a drink of water. And to top it off the bath towels were about the size of dinner napkins and about as thick. When I went to ask for extra towels he questioned me about how may people were in the room.
